1.  To clean your eyeglasses, sunglasses, and your mobile phones; spray computer screen cleaner on a microfiber cloth and wipe the articles sparkling clean. Microfiber cloths can be purchased at a hardware store.

2.  Never store paint on basement concrete because of the coldness nor should it be stored in garages where the temperature could get below freezing. Always store paint cans on a shelf.

3.  Your humidifier on your furnace should be serviced yearly.  Alternate years for your air conditioning service with your furnace service. With each service call, service the humidifier.

4.  Gutters should be cleaned every fall and spring.  In the Spring buds clutter gutters and downspouts and the fall-watch out for the leaves.
Get copper baskets for the tops of the downspouts which can be purchased at any reputable gutter supplier.

5.   Be prepared to caulk and repaint crown, basebaords, door and window trim due to shrinkage when the wood dries out for new construction homes. Make sure your humidifier works efficiently so your wood does not expand or contract too dramatically.
