I recently sold one of my listings in Darien.  The seller had raised his family in this traditional 4 Bedroom home and had just moved to a townhome.  He had had it on the market before with another realtor but was not successful in selling it.
 
This family called me to meet with them to get their home sold as soon as possible.  I made some decorating and staging suggestions which they, in turn, took my advice and accomplished.  I was able to refer them to a home decorator who neutralized the home to perfection!
